How do I care for my mat?

Use a soft sponge or a soft cloth with soapy water or a mild household cleaner. Petrol, alcohol and commercially available stain removers must not be used for cleaning under any circumstances.

Never wash the mat in the washing machine! The mat is not suitable for tumble drying. Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean the mat as this may cause damage. It is possible to clean the mat with disinfectant for surface cleaning (without alcohol). The disinfectant cleaners from Sagrotan and Mikrozid have proven effective here.

Do the prices include VAT?

The indicated price is the total price plus shipping costs. Due to the small business regulation according to § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG. a sales tax is not charged and therefore not shown (small business regulation).

What payment options are available?

You can pay via Apple Pay, Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Pay Now (Klarna), SOFORT bank transfer and EPS.

Where does MusicM.at deliver to?

We ship throughout Europe. This includes the following countries (mainland):
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy,

In the case of a delivery to a non-ERW country, the customer shall bear all import and export charges including any customs duties, fees and charges.

How high are the shipping costs?

Orders from a value of 240 € are free of shipping costs.

How are the products delivered?

The delivery of the ordered products to the address provided by the customer is carried out either by Austrian Post AG or by GLS in accordance with their general terms and conditions, whereby one delivery attempt is made.

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be deposited at the post office or GLS store specified in the deposit confirmation.

How long are the delivery times?

Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 7 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.

Can I pick up the mat on site?

On-site collection is also possible and takes place by arrangement in Bregenz, Austria.

What about the right of withdrawal?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form, which you will find in our General Terms and Conditions, but which is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back. The goods must be returned or handed over undamaged and in their original packaging.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
